Shipping
- It will be necessary to enter the address where you wish to receive the purchased items, as indicated in the appropriate section of the site.
The system will not allow the order procedure to be completed if the user requests the shipment of the product to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship. - Please pay attention to the information provided in said section, as the indications contained therein form an integral and substantial part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered to be fully known and accepted by you at the time the order form is transmitted.
Returns and Refunds
Our goal is to ensure your full satisfaction. In accordance with the provisions of this Return Policy, you must inform SHIRT FACTORY (hereinafter “Shirt Factory” or “us” or the “Seller“) of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the product purchased on www.shirtfactory.it. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must write an e-mail to shirtfactory@tiscali.it explaining any issues.
1. Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
For shirts created in the “Design your shirt” section and customized by the customer, the right of return can only be exercised for errors actually attributable to us and cannot be exercised for errors in sizing, choice of fabrics, or customizations chosen by the customer.
In all cases, the cost of the return is borne by the Seller, unless otherwise decided by Shirt Factory. For purchases of Ready to Wear shirts, your right of withdrawal (and the subsequent return of products purchased on www.shirtfactory.it.) will be considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are met:
- Submission of the return request within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products via email to shirtfactory@tiscali.it.
- The items of clothing must not have been used or worn in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of such products, nor washed, and, in any case, they must comply with the requirements further defined in the compliance checks section below;
- The products must not be damaged.
- The products subject to return must be returned in their original packaging;
- Any identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which constitutes an integral part of the item, must not have been removed.
The Seller will fully refund the price of the purchased products (including taxes and shipping costs) using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note that in the case of partial returns (i.e., if you purchased multiple products in a single order and decided to return only some of them), we will partially refund the original shipping costs on a proportional basis, referring to the number of products purchased and returned. Therefore, from the amount paid for the original shipping costs, we will deduct the shipping costs allocated (on a numerical and pro-rata basis) to the products for which you did not exercise the right of withdrawal.
2. Compliance checks
Our products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition and complete with all protective materials, with any labels and tags attached, and including all accessories and documents. We reserve the right to:
- not accept the return if the products show signs of wear, or have been used or altered in any way from their original condition beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if any warranty seals have been removed.
